Workday Engineer/Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday Prism Architecture:

  Develop, configure, and manage data models to support the processing of external transactional data, ensuring the structures are robust and efficient.

• Workday Accounting Center:

  Design and build financial data rules to process Prism data, ensuring systems are scalable and meet business requirements.

• Workday Adaptive Planning:

  Develop and enhance financial models and systems using Workday Adaptive Planning tools.

• Data Integration:

  Ensure seamless and reliable integration of financial data from various sources into Workday and from Workday into Adaptive and other tools. Utilize a range of Workday integration tools such as

  Studio, EIB, and Data Connectors

  .

• Reporting and Dashboards:

  Develop and maintain web-based reports in Adaptive Planning and use the

  Office Connect Excel add-in

  to create effective financial reports.

• System Maintenance:

  Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing solutions with

  Workday Accounting Center

  ,

  Prism

  , and

  Adaptive Planning

  .
• 2+ years of professional experience building and delivering production Workday

  HCM solutions.

• Strong experience with

  Workday integration tools

  (Studio, EIB, DataConnectors, Report Writer, OfficeConnect).
• Proven proficiency with

  Workday Prism transformations

  and

  SQL

  .
• Experience in

  banking or financial services

  is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
