Job Description

As a Workday Data Conversion Lead (Certified), you will be responsible for leading data conversion efforts in Workday deployments. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse global teams and ensuring the success of our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client expectations effectively, and delivering high-quality results. To excel in this role, you must be Workday certified in HCM and Data Conversion/Loading, with a preference for Pro certifications. You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data conversion roles across various implementations and deployments, not limited to production support. Your expertise should include a strong understanding of ETL processes, data conversion, and migration strategies from legacy systems such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, AS400, and SAP. You should have a deep understanding of Workday build and setup data, as well as experience in mapping data requirements and translating them into Workday structures and workbooks. Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Notepad++, Oxygen XML, or ASAP Utilities is essential. Additionally, experience in Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Data Audits will be advantageous. You should also be skilled in Workday data loading using iLoads, XML, Web Services, and EIBs, as well as in creating custom reports for data validation purposes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role. You should be able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes. If you have experience in Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Data Audits, or if you have previously worked in global teams on large-scale deployments, it would be considered a bonus.
