Workday Consultant-HCM

As a full-time hybrid Workday Consultant (HCM) based in Bengaluru, your role will involve configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will leverage your expertise in HR processes and systems to analyze business needs, design workflows, build integrations, and provide training and support to end users. It will be your responsibility to ensure seamless collaboration between technical and business teams to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business needs and requirements to design and implement effective Workday HCM solutions - Build and configure workflows within Workday to streamline HR processes - Develop integrations between Workday HCM and other systems to ensure data flow and consistency - Provide training and support to end users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of the Workday system Qualifications: - Proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and a strong understanding of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and processes, with relevant experience in HR or HR Technology - Experience with Workday Financial Management or related financial systems - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proven problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a detail-oriented approach to solutions - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - Workday certification and prior experience with Workday implementations or enhancements are a plus,
