Work Planner

As a Project Planner & Scheduler, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures. You will be tasked with determining and managing the resources required for projects, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Keeping a close eye on project progress, you will identify potential roadblocks or delays, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders. Your role will also involve assessing and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes. Effective coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, suppliers, and clients will be crucial to ensure smooth workflow and communication. You will analyze and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and achieve project goals. Budget management is another key aspect of this position, where you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within allocated budgets.
