Wordpress-PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive websites and web applications using WordPress.
• Customize and build WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations as per project requirements.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of all WordPress-based projects.
• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver seamless and functional websites.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following WordPress coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing WordPress sites for improved functionality and performance.
• Work with APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage data flows efficiently.
• Explore and experiment with other PHP frameworks (Laravel, Shopify, CodeIgniter, Symfony) for specific project needs.
• Stay updated with emerging WordPress trends, plugins, and technologies.
• Basic understanding or interest in AI/ML concepts and their potential use in web applications is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–6 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong expertise in custom theme and plugin development.
• Solid understanding of PHP, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Shopify, or CodeIgniter.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of cPanel and server-side operations.
• Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML integration in web environments.
