Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. • Strong expertise in WordPress theme development & customization. • Proven experience in WordPress plugin development & customization. • Strong knowledge of ACF, WooCommerce, AJAX, and custom post types. • Solid grasp of frontend fundamentals including MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIsJavascript/ES6 and ability to work closely with UI/UX teams. • Experience with Gutenberg block development. • Knowledge of headless Wordpress implementation using RestAPI or GraphQL • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce best practices. • Proficiency in performance optimization techniques such as caching, lazy loading, and asset minification. • Expertise in security best practices for WordPress websites. • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment workflows. • Ability to lead and mentor a development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international clients.
