WordPress Frontend Developer

About Role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Frontend Developer with strong expertise in WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS to join our team during the night shift (8 PM 4 AM IST). The role involves converting designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites while ensuring speed optimization, accessibility, and smooth CMS integrations.

Since you will work closely with US-based clients and teams, excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JavaScript code.
• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS.
• Build responsive, mobile-first layouts with cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG/ADA accessibility guidelines.
• Customize and integrate themes, templates, and plugins/modules within CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to deliver seamless solutions.
• Communicate directly with US-based clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS (mandatory).
• Familiarity with responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, CSS Grid, Flexbox).
• Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of SEO-friendly frontend structures.
• Familiarity with WCAG/ADA compliance standards.
• Experience with version control tools (Git/SVN) and debugging tools.
• Exposure to AI tools for automation in frontend workflows (bonus).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) mandatory.
• Ability to work independently during the night shift (8 PM 4 AM IST).

Nice to Have

• Experience with WooCommerce, Liquid (Shopify), and HubSpot modules.
• Knowledge of task runners/build tools (Gulp, Webpack, npm).
• Basic understanding of PHP or backend logic.
• Prior experience working with US-based agencies or clients.
