Job Title: WordPress Developer

📍 Location: Mohali

About the Role:

Wits Innovation Lab

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and themes
Customize existing plugins and build new ones as needed
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients to deliver user-focused solutions
Ensure website performance, security, and SEO best practices
Conduct regular site audits, updates, and backups
Troubleshoot issues and support project lifecycles end-to-end

Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.
Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Confident in handling client calls, demos, and requirement discussions
