You are a passionate and creative WordPress Developer (Fresher) sought to join a growing team in Indore. You should possess a basic understanding of WordPress, an eye for design, and a readiness to learn and excel in a dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing responsive websites using WordPress, customizing themes and plugins to meet project requirements, ensuring website performance, security, and scalability, collaborating with design and content teams, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining and updating websites. Additionally, you will be tasked with converting PSD/Figma/HTML designs to WordPress themes, optimizing websites for speed, performance, and SEO, and keeping abreast of the latest web development trends and practices. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (pursuing or completed), possess basic knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins, understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, exhibit good communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work both independently and in a team setting, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.,
