Job Description

Location: Indore

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Shift Timings: 12 (Noon) to 9:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins.
Convert design wireframes (Figma/Adobe XD/PSD) into responsive WordPress themes.
Ensure high-performance and availability of websites, handling all technical aspects of the CMS.
Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website performance or compatibility issues.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
Manage website security, updates, and backups.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (1+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP
.
Experience with
WordPress theme and plugin development
.
Familiarity with
MySQL database management
.
Knowledge of
SEO principles
and website optimization techniques.
Experience with
Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar page builders
.
Understanding of
Git version control
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with WooCommerce or LMS plugins.
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, Cloudflare, etc.).
