Role Overview

WordPress Developer

Key Responsibilities

Take
complete ownership
of the marketing website (innostax.com).
Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using themes and custom coding when necessary.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new pages, landing pages, and campaigns.
Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Manage hosting, domains, and integrations with third-party tools (CRM, forms, analytics, etc.).
Keep WordPress core, plugins, and themes up to date while ensuring compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or downtime.
Use SEMrush (and similar tools) to analyze website performance, track keywords, fix SEO issues, and implement on-page/off-page improvements.
Implement SEO best practices, schema, and meta configurations.
Ensure website security and backup management.
Stay updated with the latest WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
