Job Title: WordPress Developer (4-6 Years Experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles . The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionalities, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. Experience with core PHP and MySQL will be considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes with a focus on UI/UX best practices . Collaborate with designers to convert Figma, Adobe XD, and PSD designs into responsive and visually appealing WordPress websites. Implement custom functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to enhance user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure optimal performance, security, and accessibility. Integrate third-party APIs and plugins to extend website functionalities. Optimize website speed and performance using caching, image optimization, and other performance-enhancing techniques. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure consistency across the website. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, UI/UX best practices, and web development technologies. Conduct website testing and debugging to enhance functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and stakeholders. Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and accessibility compliance.
