About the Role

WordPress Developer (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins under guidance.
• Assist in converting PSD/Figma designs into responsive WordPress layouts.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO-friendliness.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and fix website bugs or issues.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and security practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
