We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer (minimum 3 years experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building, maintaining, and optimising WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless user experience. You should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, custom theme and plugin development, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including theme and plugin customisation. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Ensure website performance, speed, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to enhance website functionality. Implement SEO best practices and ensure mobile responsiveness. Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and security updates. Requirements: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer . Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL . Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customisation . Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Understanding of SEO, performance optimisation, and security best practices. Experience with version control systems like Git . Ability to troubleshoot and debug website issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrations. Familiarity with hosting environments, cPanel, and database management. Experience with UI/UX design principles.
