Job Title: WordPress Developer (3 Years’ Experience) Experience Required: 3 Years Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Customize existing themes and templates to meet design and functionality requirements. Ensure high-performance, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites. Optimize site loading speeds, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance. Collaborate closely with content, design, and SEO teams to align web performance with marketing goals. Integrate third-party tools and APIs where necessary. Ensure website security, uptime monitoring, and backups. Maintain proper documentation of changes, updates, and deployment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development. Strong understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with front-end frameworks and responsive web design principles. Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress required; knowledge of Shopify/Drupal is a plus). Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.). Solid grasp of SEO best practices and web performance optimization. Knowledge of JavaScript animations and interactive elements. Familiarity with Git or version control systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
