Department : Health & Wellness Programs Reports To : Program Lead Nutrition & Wellness About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Clinical Nutritionist/Dietitian to join our Health & Wellness team at MediBuddy. You will play a critical role in empowering users to lead healthier lives by creating personalized nutrition plans, addressing health concerns such as Diabetes, PCOS, thyroid disorders, pre-natal and post-partum care, and supporting their journey towards improved fitness, sleep, and mental well-being. Key Responsibilities: Personalized Nutrition Planning: Assess users health goals and medical concerns (e.g., Diabetes, PCOS, thyroid, pre/postnatal issues) and develop tailored nutrition plans that account for deficiencies, food intolerances, fitness levels, sleep patterns, and stress. Health Counseling & Education: Educate and advise a wide range of patients with dietary-related disorders on practical, sustainable ways to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle changes. Program Recommendation & Sales: Identify user needs and appropriately position, pitch, and upsell MediBuddys health programs that align with their preferences and goals. Lead Conversion & Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from reaching out to prospective leads, pitching relevant offerings, to closing sales and onboarding patients. Patient Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular 1:1 follow-ups, track user progress through check-ins, meal tracking, and measurable health outcomes to ensure tangible improvements in health status.
