Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

WMS Implementation & Maintenance:

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and upgrades of WMS software.
Ensure system integration with ERP, transportation, and inventory management systems.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams or vendors for resolution.

Warehouse Operations Support:

Analyze warehouse workflows and optimize WMS usage for efficiency.
Monitor system performance and data accuracy, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Provide reports and analytics on inventory movement, order fulfillment, and system performance.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement within warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, order processing, and warehouse layout.

Training & Team Coordination:

Train warehouse staff and managers on WMS functionalities and best practices.
Serve as a liaison between operations, IT, and management teams.
Assist in change management when implementing new warehouse technologies or procedures.
