Description
Role Overview: You will be acting as a technical expert in R&S, datacentre networking, and Wireless technologies for ARUBA (CISCO added advantage). Your main responsibilities will include performing analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems, deploying and supporting multi-vendor network & security solutions, preparing/update High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD), process, and technical documentation. You will also be assisting in supporting network and security monitoring & management tools and resolving Sev 1 incidents within SLA. Additionally, you will be expected to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) based on OEM inputs, provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security, and evaluate tools and produce recommendations. You will support new project opportunities and efforts estimation, work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners, and service providers, provide training to operations team (L1/L2), and keep up to date with the latest technology products. Key Responsibilities: - Acting as a technical expert in R&S, datacentre networking, and Wireless technologies for ARUBA (CISCO added advantage) - Performing analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems - Deploying and supporting multi-vendor network & security solutions - Preparing/update High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD), process, and technical documentation - Assisting in supporting network and security monitoring & management tools - Resolving Sev 1 incidents within SLA - Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) based on OEM inputs - Providing improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security - Evaluating tools and producing recommendations - Supporting new project opportunities and efforts estimation - Working with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners, and service providers - Providing training to operations team (L1/L2) - Keeping up to date with the latest technology products Qualifications Required: - ARUBA or CCIE - R&S & wireless certification preferred - Additional skills in Security / Datacentre & knowledge on SDN/MERAKI/VIPTELA - Certifications in Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, Bluecoat, or F5 considered an added advantage - Several years of related experience in routing-switching & wireless, datacentre networking, and security in ARUBA (CISCO experience advantageous) - Implementation and operational experience with enterprise on Multi-vendor OEM's (Aruba) - Experience with RF technologies, Security, AVC on Wireless Front - Familiarity with network security technologies such as Cisco ISE, ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSEC, GRE, etc. - Experience in datacentre networking including BGP-Lite, VLAN, VxLAN, FCoE, TRILL, OTV, IS-IS, working with Visualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.), and virtual networks - Experience with datacentre consolidation, transformation, and migration projects - Knowledge and experience in cloud computing infrastructure and orchestration - Familiarity with Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies,
