A. Role Overview

1. Key Responsibilities

1. Product Expertise & Training
2. Develop in-depth knowledge of Meta’s products (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
3. Stay updated on product changes and new features through training and internal resources
4. Train and onboard Marketing Pros (MPs) on product features and best practices
5. Create user-friendly guides and solution cards for MPs

2. Support & Engagement

1. Provide prompt, accurate responses to Meta’s PMM and vendor teams
2. Offer actionable solutions for campaign and ad-set implementation
3. Share insights and feedback bi-weekly in global files and syncs

3. Policy & Compliance

1. Ensure adherence to Meta’s advertising policies, community standards, and privacy guidelines
2. Conduct audits to maintain quality standards in MP interactions

4. Communication & Collaboration

1. Communicate clearly and empathetically with MPs, TLs, and stakeholders
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
3. Share user feedback and advocate for product improvements

5. Insights & Reporting

1. Gather and analyze user feedback to identify trends and pain points
2. Report bugs and escalate BI-related cases to appropriate channels
3. Provide product improvement suggestions to Meta teams

6. Continuous Learning

1. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge
2. Engage in peer learning and share best practices with fellow VPEs

7. Performance & Metrics

1. Track KPIs and performance targets aligned with Meta’s objectives
2. Generate reports and identify areas for improvement

8. Stakeholder Management

1. Build strong relationships with Meta teams and vendor counterparts
2. Handle vendor-related challenges professionally and diplomatically

B. Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of Meta’s product ecosystem and advertising policies
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
3. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
4. Experience in training, onboarding, and creating educational resources
5. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
