Job Title: Infrastructure Architect – On-Prem & Azure
Location: Remote (North America Time Zone)

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect with strong expertise in Windows Server, AD/PKI, VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing hybrid IT infrastructures, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating on-prem with Azure.
Lead Active Directory, PKI, DNS, and Group Policy design and security hardening.
Manage and optimize VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.
Design and implement Azure governance, networking, identity, and migration strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices.
Requirements:
10+ years in IT infrastructure, 5+ years in an Architect role.
Expert knowledge of Windows Server, AD, PKI, VMware, Hyper-V, M365 and Microsoft Azure.
Strong skills in hybrid cloud architecture, PowerShell, and Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, VCP) preferred.
