Key Responsibilities:

• Must have strong experience in Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019

Responsible for plan, design, implement and support IT infrastructure and operations for the organization according to the requirement.

• Perform Windows software installation, upgrades and apply relevant patches.
• Perform BAU activities like cluster configuration, OS configuration, file system, VCS, IIS, OAT, Vcenter activity, SCCM, Performance related issues.
• Troubleshooting and fixing incidents (Service now tool)
• DR/Role's swap activity
• Experience in PowerShell scripting for Windows automation.
• Change Implementation & Problem Management
• Windows Vulnerabilities related fixes & Windows OS upgrade
• Providing Root cause analysis to find the solution in order to maintain the Business continuity from the infrastructure end.
• Server monitoring including health checks at OS level
• Knowledge required in all database application like SQL, oracle.
• Keeping the systems compliance and running as per company standard.
• Timely escalation of issues to Team Lead
• Ensured performance tuning, backup and recovery, space management and user management.
• perform planned/unplanned emergency CR's on weekends.

9. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
10. Efficient time management
