We’re looking for a Windows Support Technician with solid Windows hosting experience and excellent English communication skills —especially verbal. In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist clients via phone, chat, and email, resolving Windows-related issues while delivering clear, confident, and professional support . ✅ What You'll Work On: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), IIS & FTP Plesk Control Panel (must-have) Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Basic SQL Server & MySQL admin SSL, firewalls, group policy, and backups Monitoring & incident response (e.g., Prometheus) ESET antivirus admin & direct customer communication Direct customer communication via phone, chat & ticket 🧠 You're a Fit If You Have: 4–5 years of Windows server/admin support Excellent English – clear, confident verbal skills + written skills Strong troubleshooting instincts A customer-first mindset with fast response skills Plesk Professional/Expert-level experience (must) Show more Show less
