Job Description: Development of software application in Fire detection systems, as part of a Research & Development team in a World-leading multinational organization. Technical Skills: WPF, WinUI, C#, C++, Delphi (willing to learn) Requirement: 5 - 8 years of development experience on Windows applications with C++, Delphi Must have experience in C++, Delphi application development Hands-on experience in C#, WPF, WinUI for desktop applications Strong understanding of Windows environment and application development Technically lead and develop expert knowledge of clients business and problem/solution domain Collaborate with application architects to modernize infrastructure and applications Ensure that all solutions follow security and compliance controls Create proof-of-concepts to demonstrate viability of solutions under consideration Develop enterprise level conceptual solutions and sponsor consensus/approval for global applications. Have a working knowledge of other architecture disciplines including application, database, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture. Identify and implement best practices, tools and standards Provide consultative support to the clients for production incidents Roles and Responsibilities: Must be able to work with minimum supervision and guide team technically. Must be able closely work with cross functional team as part of the product development ownership (HW, FW and QA) Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, automations and operations
