Job Description

  • Knowledge on Server Hardware - Multiple Vendors, Remote Management Tools, Software & Hardware Raid, Technical understanding on network topologies & devices
  • Working knowledge on multiple Windows OS platforms, OS configuration on different roles - Domain, WINS, DNS, DHCP, IIS - configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of - Disk & Storage, File & Print Server Management, Terminal Services, Raid Administration, NTFS Permissions.
  • Clear Clustering fundamentals, knowledge between NLB and Clusters
  • Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
  • Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
  • Working knowledge on AD Users and Group administration, FSMO Roles, Site & Subnets
  • Technical understanding of AD tools and resource kit tools, Software, service pack installation
  • Working knowledge of Exchange 2007/2013 & Office 365 Installation & configuration, Administration.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Disaster Recovery Software, service pack installation, troubleshoot various server related issues, troubleshoot NDRs, tracking emails
  • VM Ware, ESXI & Vcenter installation and configuration
  • Creating VMs, Templates, Clone, Snapshots and Migrations
  • Citrix Xen App/Desktop
