Sr Technical Artist

Summary:

The role of a Technical Artist is to act as a bridge between creative and engineering teams in game development. We re looking for a Sr Technical Artist role to develop/update artwork and animation for gaming projects. Able to focus on Content implementation pipeline, manage time efficiently, close tracking, raise dependencies proactively, deliver assets on time to specification with thorough and complete attention to detail. Ensuring relevant processes in regard to asset management, file organization, and output configuration are clearly and correctly executed.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Must have strong experience in Adobe products (After Effects and Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of 2D Graphics.
• Understanding of animation principles will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of any scripting language to automate Artist tools such as After Effects plug-in will be a plus
• Experience in using Asset control systems (Perforce), SVN/GitHub, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of extend script or any other language will be a plus.
• Prior experience in the casino gaming industry will be a plus.
• Responsible for having peer reviews to check work for accuracy and quality
• A good eye for attention to detail and willingness to follow technical/compliance specifications.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good to have Experience in Unity 2D.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor s/Master s degree/BFA/MFA or equivalent in a related field
• 3-6 years of professional work experience as a technical artist.
• Gaming Experience is preferable.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies will be a plus.
