Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle incidents, tasks, and requests related to SCCM image deployment.
Develop and maintain standard procedures for building, packaging, and deploying application software across all devices.
Support both push deployment and end-user self-service deployment models.
Create and maintain documentation for core software image build and deployment processes using task sequences.
Utilize SCCM and Intune to maintain compliance with software packaging, deployment, and management policies.
Build new software images for deployment to various devices.
Test image deployments for supported devices and validate functionality.
Conduct end-user testing of deployed software to ensure it meets approved specifications.
Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards and best practices.
