Windows Active Directory Full Time

You will be responsible for providing support in a shift-based role, with the requirement to be physically present in the office located in Hitech city for support during regular hours, while night support can be carried out remotely. As a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in the IT Consulting Industry, you will be proficient in Windows and Active Directory Administration. Additionally, you should possess at least 2 years of experience working on any public cloud platform. Your primary duties will include configuring and maintaining networked computer systems, ensuring the security and regular backup of data, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues, as well as replacing/upgrading components when necessary. Proficiency in Active Directory deployment, replication, and independent troubleshooting is essential. You will also be required to monitor system performance, research new approaches to enhance networked computer systems, and provide technical support as needed. Experience with Windows server and AD issue troubleshooting, P1, P2, and Change Management, as well as familiarity with SQL and database operations, are desired qualifications. The ability to manage multiple workloads, prioritize tasks with critical deadlines, and be available outside of regular working hours for emergency issue resolution is crucial. Your skill set should include excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a patient and professional demeanor. Documenting processes for efficient employee work within the computing system will be part of your responsibilities. Having experience in any public cloud environment, possessing a Microsoft MCSE certification or similar, and expertise in Mid Windows, Senior Cloud/Windows, and Senior Cloud/Network roles will be advantageous.,
