As a Windows 11 Migration specialist at TCS, your role will involve ensuring a smooth transition of applications to the Windows Operating System and Citrix environment. Your expertise in Active Directory, VMware, hardware, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts will be crucial for the successful execution of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand how applications interact with the Windows OS and Citrix - Configure and manage Active Directory - Utilize VMware 7 with basic knowledge of VMware 8 - Work with hardware such as HP servers, Blade Centres, and Cisco UCS - Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions - Manage certificate, cryptography, and cipher technologies - Perform patching and scanning using tools like Ivanti and Qualys - Familiarity with Citrix XenApp, PVS, SAN technologies, NetBackup, VEEAM, SCCM, SCOM, alternative OS like RHEL and Centos, and M365 technologies Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in providing 3rd level support in a corporate environment - Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows-based products - Experience in mentoring and developing technical peers - Hands-on experience in supporting high availability and large server estates As a Windows 11 Migration specialist at TCS, your role will involve ensuring a smooth transition of applications to the Windows Operating System and Citrix environment.
