Job Description

56 years of hands-on experience in
PTC Windchill PLM support
Strong experience providing
end-user support
for Windchill and
Creo MCAD
Solid understanding of PLM concepts: configuration management, BOMs, workflows, and change processes
Experience working with
ticketing systems
(ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar)
Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues in a production environment
Strong communication skills and experience supporting global engineering teams
Role & responsibilities

Deliver
end-user support
for
PTC Windchill PLM and Creo MCAD
, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Act as a primary point of contact for PLM-related issues, providing
L2/L3 support
as required
Own and continuously improve the
ticket management system
, including categorization, prioritization, SLAs, and reporting
Analyze recurring issues and drive root cause analysis to reduce incident volumes
Participate in
major PLM initiatives
, including system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance improvements
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
Support Windchill business processes such as document management, BOMs, lifecycle workflows, and change management
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user support guides
Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards
