Wildlife Education and Conservation Specialist

will work on our initiatives to create a vibrant birding community in India. This role involves developing birdwatching apps, establishing campus and local chapters for birdwatching enthusiasts, and executing outreach programs aimed at engaging the youth. Additionally, the specialist will identify and collaborate with research partners to sponsor conservation projects that make a tangible impact on avian conservation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of mobile applications aimed at promoting birdwatching and educating users about local avian species.
  • Initiate and manage the establishment of birdwatching chapters in educational institutions and local communities to foster a network of birdwatching enthusiasts.
  • Design and implement outreach programs targeted at young audiences to raise awareness and interest in bird conservation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and form partnerships with research institutions and conservation organizations that focus on avian species.
  • Sponsor and oversee research projects relevant to bird conservation, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
  • Engage with community leaders, policymakers, and other stakeholders to advocate for bird conservation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of educational and conservation initiatives, adapting strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification Required:

Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Environmental Science, Zoology, Wildlife Biology, Conservation, or a related field from a reputed university/institution.
