WFM - Manager

As a Workforce Management Manager at a leading BPO organization, your role will involve overseeing efficient scheduling and optimization of resources to ensure operational efficiency and meet business needs. You may work as an individual contributor or lead a team of workforce management specialists. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data trends and identifying opportunities for improvements to enhance productivity and quality. It is essential to use fair judgment in understanding instructions provided by the process lead/manager. Daily deliverables will include accurate and effective scheduling and reporting as basic metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with various partners within the organization to enhance the business.
