Position Overview

Western Vocals Trainer

Key Responsibility

• Deliver engaging group sessions in Western vocal techniques training.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' levels, learning pace, and interests.
• Prepare students for internal performances, external competitions, and recitals.
• Teach fundamental and advanced concepts in music theory, technique, and performance.
• Offer individual feedback and mentorship to enhance each student’s musical growth.
• Maintain a supportive, structured, and creatively stimulating learning environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Music, Performing Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months of

  relevant teaching experience in a school

  , college, or music academy setting (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Western music theory, vocal pedagogy, and instrumental performance techniques.
• Experience in conducting music workshops, choir direction, or one-on-one coaching.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Proficiency in ear training, sight reading, and adapting curriculum to varied learning needs.
• Should be available to join in immediately.
