Western Garments Designer

You will be a Narmada Fabrics Designer based in Surat, working full-time on-site. Your main responsibilities will include creating and designing western clothing collections, conducting market research to identify trends, selecting fabrics and materials, and collaborating with production teams to ensure high-quality garments. You will be in charge of sketching designs, creating patterns, and overseeing the manufacturing process from start to finish. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in fashion design, sketching, and pattern making. Experience in fabric selection and garment construction will be beneficial. It is essential to stay updated on the latest fashion trends and possess market research skills. A strong creative vision, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and other stakeholders are crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.
