🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient applications using Rust
• Contribute to architectural decisions for large-scale systems
• Support backend services (ideally in Golang, though not mandatory)
• Debug and resolve real-time production issues
• Collaborate across teams including Product, DevOps, and Engineering
• Review code and help maintain high-quality standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Senior-Level: 8+ years total experience (at least 4+ years in Rust)
• Mandatory: Proven hands-on expertise in Rust programming
• Preferred: Exposure to Golang (nice to have)
• Added Advantage: Experience with C/C++, especially in systems-level programming

• Prior experience with large-scale distributed systems is highly valued

• Solid understanding of performance tuning, memory management, and concurrency
