Wasn't feeling well at the time, now feelings are different......kindness, careing people & know at times the work load is difficult to get lines moving.

This place has the worst customer service. I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I finally got to the teller she told me she was the only person working and it would be another wait. I really do not like a this bank at all.

Wonderful ghetto fabulous workers not very educated or smart as far as bankers go but extremely helpful and even offered me half a stale burrito for my lunch very sweet workers

Waiting in line OUTSIDE to make deposit since 11:15 am. Security comes out at 11:55 am, 5 minutes before bank's closing time and says not accepting anymore people. In disbelief

THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH FROM THE LOCAL BRANCH ON CHARLESTON TO CORPORATE. SOME OF THE TELLERS ARE GREAT BUT THERE ARE A FEW , (IT SEEMS LIKE I ALWAYS GET THOSE ONES)THAT DO NOT CARE ONE IOTA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR …
