Service was slow, counted 8 people waiting on 1 regular teller. And merchant teller took 18 minutes with one client. Customer service, efficiency and communication seem to be an area of opportunity for this location.

I do not recommend this bank at all they are very slow and they do not have people working if you are in a bit of a hurry never stop at this bank the one on Charleston after the 95 highway is much better

Take the extra 5 or 10 minutes to drive to another location. The tellers here are the rudest I’ve ever had at a Wells Fargo and also the SLOWEST ! took me 30 minutes to do one thing. Never again !
