Wellness Expert

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on wellness products/services, including nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress management, and holistic well-being.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through relationship-based selling.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction—in person, by phone, or online.
• Maintain product knowledge across all wellness offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support promotional events, workshops, or wellness programs as needed.
• Track client progress and follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain clear, organized records.

Qualifications

• Qualifications : BHMS/BAMS/BNYS/BSMS/MSC Food & Nutritino
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping people make positive lifestyle changes.
• 1–3 years of sales experience (retail, consultative, or service-based preferred).
• Background or certification in wellness, nutrition, holistic health, coaching, fitness, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust, educate clients, and recommend solutions confidently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and stay current on wellness topics and product knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
