Responsibilities:
Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.Provide PPE and ensure its proper use.Welfare Activities:Plan and organize welfare activities, such as health check-ups, recreational events, and counseling sessions.Identify and address employee welfare needs.Manage employee grievances and provide appropriate support.Organize and manage employee reward and recognition programs.Committees:Facilitate the formation and operation of employee welfare and safety committees.Organize and conduct committee meetings.Ensure effective communication between management and employees through committee channels.Train committee members on their roles and responsibilities.Training:Organize and conduct health and safety training programs.Provide training on welfare policies and procedures.Identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.PF and ESI Administration:Ensure compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) regulations.Manage PF and ESI contributions and filings.Address employee queries related to PF and ESI.Maintain accurate records of PF and ESI transactions.General Welfare:Act as a point of contact for employee welfare issues.Maintain confidentiality of employee information.Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
