Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for resolving conflicts within the team/s and keeping the teams motivated and focused on actual tasks/assignments at all times.
Appropriate procedure specifications for welding.
Improve welding quality and meet EN15085 & EN ISO3834 requirements.
Parent material(s) specification and welded joints properties.
Welders Qualification and assign appropriate welder on particular job.
Job Inspection do the daily basis and fill inspection reports.
Allocation of qualified personnel.
Prepared Welding documents like weld plan, WPS, PQR, WQT, Check sheet, Instructions.
Apply NDT procedure on job.
Responsible for Energy saving, implementation of EN15085, EN ISO 3834, ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001/ IRIS 22163 / 5s

Competencies Required:

Welding and Quality (Welding/Brazing/Quality)

Knowledge of processes and procedure

Day today Production and planning

Proactive and pre-planning.

Non- ferrous welding (Al)

EN VT Level II
