Welder (Hiring for the UK)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TIG/MIG Welder to join our team in The UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding techniques. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate TIG/MIG welding equipment and tools.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions as per job requirements.
• Inspect welded surfaces for defects using visual inspection and measurement tools.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Measure and cut materials using hand or power tools as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other fabricators, engineers, and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical welding certification preferred.
• Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding (typically 3+ years).
• Experience with Aluminum, Stainless Steel or structural welding.
• Strong knowledge of various metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and safe welding practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various positions for extended periods.

Salary: INR 45 Lakhs - 49 Lakhs per annum.
