Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MIG and TIG welding processes, with the ability to read engineering drawings and fabricate components as per required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.

- Inspect and ensure quality of welds; perform rework if required.

- Maintain welding tools and equipment in proper working condition.

- Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies.

- Coordinate with the fabrication and quality team to meet project timelines.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma in Welding or equivalent trade.

- Minimum 0–5 years of experience in MIG & TIG welding.

- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.

- Good knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.

- Familiar with the use of grinders, cutters, and measuring tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in machine structure fabrication.

- Understanding of welding standards and tolerances.

- Teamwork and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
