Job Summary:

Welder

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques.
Weld metal components using
MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welding
as required.
Inspect welds for quality and precision, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Operate hand tools, grinders, and cutting torches.
Perform maintenance on welding equipment and report any issues.
Follow workplace safety guidelines and wear protective gear.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a welder or relevant certification.
Proficiency in
MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welding
techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
Familiarity with metal cutting, shaping, and measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations (OSHA preferred).
Physical stamina to work in various conditions (e.g., heat, standing for long hours).
