Accounts & Stores Coordinator Location : Bhumi World, Bhiwandi Experience : Minimum 5 Years Gender Preference : Female Key Responsibilities Accounts (Tally ERP): Record purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and journal entries in Tally ERP. Maintain ledgers, reconcile supplier accounts, and coordinate with Head Office Accounts Team. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory data preparation. Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of invoices and supporting documents. Stores & Inventory: Verify and record inward material receipts (against purchase orders). Monitor outward issues to production/dispatch and update stock registers. Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile with system records. Ensure all challans, gate passes, and delivery notes are properly recorded. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise between Factory, Stores, and Head Office Accounts. Share daily/weekly reports on bills entered, stock inward/outward, and discrepancies. Follow up with vendors for missing bills or quantity clarifications. Skills & Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in Tally ERP + Stores/Inventory Management. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and basic reporting. Strong attention to detail, discipline, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (Stores, Accounts, Vendors, HO).
