WELDER - Aluminium

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision welding operations on aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium sheet metal parts in compliance with NADCAP standards (AWS D17.1).
• Ensure all welded joints meet required X-ray inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) quality criteria.
• Select and set appropriate welding parameters (current, voltage, speed, shielding gas, etc.) based on material type and thickness and weld joint.
• Maintain proper documentation of route card/Job card, welding log maintenance, daily work log,..
• Follow and promote welding safety standards, including the correct use of PPE, handling of gases, and maintenance of equipment.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI Welding or Diploma in mechanical
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal welding.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in NADCAP or aerospace-certified welding environments.
• Hands-on experience with GTAW/TIG and MIG processes for aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium sheet metal.
• Understanding of weld defects, such as porosity, undercut, incomplete penetration, etc., and their root causes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and process specifications.
• Must be capable of producing X-ray-quality weld joints that meet aerospace and NADCAP standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
