Website Developer Trainer

As a Training Specialist at Bringle Academy, you will be responsible for developing training manuals for end users and administrators. You will also create online training materials to facilitate learning on the product and any changes in processes. Your role will involve conducting training sessions for groups of 5 to 20 people and assessing candidates" knowledge acquisition through training assessments. Moreover, you will be managing resistance to change to ensure smooth transitions.
