You will be joining Sham Foam Pvt Ltd as a Web Designer and Developer, where you will be tasked with designing, coding, and enhancing websites to meet our client's needs. Implementing SEO best practices to enhance website rankings and integrating online marketing strategies into the website design will also be key tasks. To excel in this role, you will need to stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies. Troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with the marketing team to align designs with branding strategies, and performing regular website maintenance and updates will be part of your routine tasks. As a qualified candidate, you should have proven work experience as a Web Designer and Developer, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your projects. Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is required, with knowledge of back-end development and databases. Familiarity with content management systems like Laravel and WordPress, as well as SEO principles, will be advantageous. Excellent visual design skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills are also essential for success in this role. Managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and having a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field will be preferred qualifications.
