Webmethods Developer

You are an experienced Webmethods Developer with over 6 years of expertise in enterprise integration solutions. Your role involves designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Webmethods components such as Integration Server, Designer, and Universal Messaging. You will work on developing and maintaining SOAP- and REST-based APIs and services, along with utilizing XML and JSON for service communication, data transformation, and integration flows. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and managing messaging solutions using JMS and MQ protocols. Collaboration with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions is a key aspect of your role. You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments while documenting technical designs, integration workflows, and support procedures. Your strong hands-on expertise in Webmethods Integration Server and Designer, along with proven experience in SOAP and REST web services, will be essential for this role. Proficiency in XML and JSON data formats, solid experience with JMS and MQ messaging protocols, and knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices are also required. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities will be beneficial in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience with Software AG's API Gateway and Universal Messaging, exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Webmethods certification.
