Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration Solution Design

   :

• Develop end-to-end integration solutions using

  webMethods Suite

  (Integration Server, API Gateway, MWS, WM.IO, AT etc.).
• Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for integration projects.

1. Project Leadership

   :

• Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality integration solutions.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute project deliverables while ensuring timelines and quality.

1. Development and Implementation

   :

• Design and develop interfaces, workflows, and business processes using

  webMethods Designer

  and other components.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

   :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA teams, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and IT standards.

1. Documentation and Best Practices

   :

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals.
• Promote best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

1. Continuous Improvement

   :

• Stay updated with the latest webMethods features and integration technologies.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas for system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 8+ years

  of experience in integration solutions, with at least

  5 years

  working with

  webMethods Suite

  .
• Proficiency in core components:

• Integration Server

  ,

  API Gateway

  ,

  WM.IO, AT

  ,

  Broker/Universal Messaging

  ,

  MWS

  ,

  Trading Networks

  etc.
• Strong understanding of SOA, REST, and SOAP-based services.
• Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge on DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions.
• Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
• Certifications in

  webMethods

  or related technologies.
• Familiarity EDI, B2B and SAP BPT knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integrations (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
