Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Content & Catalog Management
Upload, update, and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, attributes, and SEO tags.
Manage bulk product data using advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros, data cleansing).
Ensure pricing accuracy, stock status updates, and promotional content changes.
Website Maintenance
Ensure smooth website operation by monitoring page performance, broken links, and redirects.
Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, updates, or technical issues.
Maintain consistent content structure and follow brand guidelines.
Analytics & Reporting
Generate product performance reports, sales data, and traffic analysis using Excel.
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, page performance, and search rankings.
Identify gaps and suggest optimizations for better customer experience.
SEO & Content Optimization
Apply on-page SEO best practices to product content and category pages.
Collaborate with marketing teams to launch campaigns, banners, and landing pages.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely content updates.
Assist in testing website features or promotional setups before going live.
