About the Project

We’re creating a vast, SEO-optimized resource directory with thousands of CMS-generated pages (1,000–5,000+).
We have a premium Webflow template in hand — your role is to customize, expand, and perfect it for scale, speed, and seamless data handling.

What You’ll Create

• A fully tailored directory site based on our template
• Advanced CMS setup with multi-references across collections
• Dynamic, SEO-ready pages and URL structures
• Responsive filtering, sorting, and live search functionality
• High-performance site (90+ PageSpeed on all devices)
• Efficient bulk data import system (CSV, Whalesync, Zapier, or API)

Responsibilities

• Customize the template’s design, flows, and features
• Architect interconnected CMS Collections
• Develop all dynamic and programmatic page templates
• Add powerful search/filter tools (Finsweet, JetBoost)
• Build and test bulk import processes
• Fine-tune for SEO, speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Comprehensive testing on mobile, tablet, and desktop

Must-Have

• Webflow mastery (proven with large CMS projects)
• Experience building directories/databases with 1,000+ items
• Expert in multi-reference fields, dynamic lists, conditionals
• Skilled at elevating templates to custom builds
• Focus on performance and mobile excellence

Nice to Have

• Hands-on with programmatic SEO
• Import experience via Whalesync or Webflow API
• Familiarity with Memberstack or backend tools
